Manson is a Clinical & Organizational Psychologist with over twenty-five year’s experience providing counselling, psychoeducation, critical incident response, psychological first aid and mental health interventions for individuals, couples, groups, teams and organisations in the public and private sectors including emergency service personnel. Since 2005, Lieutenant Commander Ignace has completed six operational deployments to the Middle East and the Ivory Coast with the RANR on ANZAC class frigates. Navy Psychologists provide mental health screening, psychological first aid and critical incident support to Australian Defence Force members. Manson welcomes current and past serving Defence and emergency service personnel. Manson specialises in treating adults, teenagers and couples experiencing intense distress from anxiety, depression, stress, grief or trauma. Manson is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnosis; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Mindfulness (MiCBT) and couples therapy. see
