
Nik Kalcic
Nik is a barrister at the Victorian Bar.
His experience in litigation and dispute resolution has traversed various administrative tribunals, the County Court, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court, and industries such as transport, construction, real estate, education, financial and professional services.
Outside of the law Nik is a keen golfer. He is actively involved with his club, having worked on various subcommittees (strategy, risk and governance, younger members) including serving on its board from 2021 – 2023. Consequently, Nik appreciates and understands the differences that come with a member-based organisation.
At a board level Nik brings his background from the legal profession to independently assist the board on matters in this realm, including assisting in the formation of policy. Additionally, he draws on his experience from the club to provide strategic ideas and direction.
Nik holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and has completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
