Dr Belinda Harris

Director

Dr. Belinda Harris is a Clinical Psychologist with 28 years of extensive experience in supporting adults with complex and severe mental health presentations, including personality disorders, trauma and dissociative disorders, eating disorders, and neurodivergent profiles. Her work is driven by a dedication to excellence in psychology, training, and the development of mental health professionals.

Belinda is the Director and Founder of Health in Mind Orange, a large, multi-award-winning psychological practice based in Orange, NSW. She was first trained in EMDR in 2017 and remains actively engaged in promoting EMDR as an effective therapeutic intervention. She is an EMDR Accredited Practitioner and an EMDR Institute Facilitator.

Belinda holds leadership roles within the mental health profession, including committee member of the EMDR Special Interest Group of the Australian Psychological Society.

Particularly passionate about rural and remote mental health, Belinda advocates for equitable access to training and supervision for practitioners in these regions. In recognition of her contributions to the profession, Belinda was awarded the 2023 Australian Allied Health Awards for Excellence in Rural and Remote Services.
