        • I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, relationships therapist and mediator/family dispute resolution practitioner.

I am an empathetic clinician who applies a holistic perspective to understand and address trauma responses in young children and adults and to empower children and families to address everyday life situations.

I understand the challenges that clients face in everyday interactions and relationships – including power imbalances, parenting, relationship breakdown, disappointment and in-effective communication. By encouraging clients to recognise unhelpful patterns of behaviour, to assume accountability and to participate in strategy building, I aim to empower each client to realise that they possess the ability to action change within their lives.
