        • I am a psychologist based in Sydney, offering a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. I work with adults, adolescents, and parents, supporting concerns such as trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.

I am trained in EMDR, including attachment-informed EMDR, and integrate this with DBT skills, Schema Therapy, parts work, CBT, and ACT. My approach prioritises resourcing and stabilisation, helping clients build practical tools to manage distress before moving into trauma processing. I also incorporate nervous system regulation and somatic strategies to support safe, effective change.

I have a particular interest in complex trauma, women’s health (including fertility, motherhood, and return-to-work transitions), and supporting high-functioning individuals experiencing stress and burnout.

With over 15 years of experience across diverse and multicultural settings, I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and resilience.
