All prices are in AUD and include all morning and afternoon teas and lunches. Early bird rate ends 11:59pm on 31 August 2019.

Cancellation Policies

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing to conference@emdraa.org.

The Workshop Organising Committee reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program. It is a condition of acceptance of registration that an administration cancellation fee of AU$50 including GST will be incurred for any cancellations received in writing prior to Friday 18 October 2019. Any cancellations after this date will forfeit 100% of the registration fee. A substitute delegate may be nominated prior to the Workshop. If the substitute delegate is not an EMDRAA member, the non-member registration fee will apply.

SOCIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

The Workshop Organising Committee reserve the right to cancel or vary optional social functions if minimum numbers are not reached. Regrettably, optional social functions and additional tickets cannot be refunded if participants cancel, however you may nominate an alternative attendee(s).

 

Additional Information

SPECIAL ACCESS & DIETARY NEEDS

During the checkout process, you will be asked for details of any special access and dietary requirements.  You will be required to enter your name and contact email address, along with details of any requirements.  This information will be passed to the appropriate EMDRAA team member who may contact your for more information if required.  You will be required to enter this information for each event, so once for the workshop and once for the option workshop dinner.
